The Livesey Arms
would like to welcome new Head Chef Ant Cron.
From Australia, Ant has a strong fine dining
background in 5-star hotels in both Melbourne
and London, most notably The Waldorf Hotel in
London. Ant is bringing his skills and
reputation to Livesey Arms to create a fine
dining menu, an exciting move for owner Sally.
The focus will be
fresh ingredients, with locally sourced
vegetables and Fulstow reared beef. The menu
will change seasonally to ensure the best
available produce is used.
Along with the
restaurant and bar Sally can also cater for
private and other functions. One of Sally's current projects
for the Livesey Arms is the beer garden located
at the lower end of the car park. This will
enable The Livesey to cater for outside
functions with their 'Hawaiian Beach hut' and
marquee.
